Grundfos Pumps India, for the first time, reaches its customers through GO CAPS, a mobile solution on the GO, for the professionals.GO CAPS is the app version of the well-known CAPS (Computer Aided product Selection). This is intuitive pump selection software, which benefits both the customers and Grundfos sales and services people. GO CAPS applications ends the era of PC, which was must, when there was need to look for information about Grundfos products. GO CAPS can be used on Apple products, like, iPhone, iPod touch and iPad. GO CAPS 1.0 version is introduced and the innovative efforts for further updated versions continue, it will cover 11 languages with more languages to follow in the future.Also Grundfos is investigating the possibilities for compatibility with Android phones.
Grundfos, well-known for its innovation and technology, introduces GO CAPS which comes with many attractive features like, product dashboard, status data, alarms and warnings, product configuration, sizing of a product, technical data, read/write profile which copies configuration of one product to another, service part list and many more.

GO CAPS saves time on pump control, reporting and data collection with the mobile platform and it also provides, live pump data feeds, easy to follow-up tips and guidance. It works with all the Grundfos e-pumps and communicates both via radio & infrared technology.
To have the access to the current working status and maintenance schedule of the pumps that a user has installed, they should purchase a separate mobile interface accessory called Grundfos MI 301. With this app, the user can have access to the hardware controls, location, network communication, and storage and system tools.
