An energy awareness campaign on national, Indian television is reaching its finale. Through the past five months, NDTV, one of India’s largest television network and Grundfos have partnered to highlight the increasing need of conserving energy and using it efficiently. This is an issue of critical importance in India, where the demand for energy is continuously on the rise.

The Mission Energy campaign has been on air for five months now. Through these months we have successfully raised the awareness for the need of energy efficiency in India, run a challenge with 100 participants, a month-long online contest and promoted it through various stories. The campaign was covered by the channels on the NDTV network and social media platforms (Facebook and Twitter).

Now we draw near to this campaign’s finale. The Mission Energy finale is schedule on June 5 at New Delhi where we will see a wide range of stakeholders (Government, Industry Associations, Corporates, NGOs, educational institutes and innovators) come together. Grundfos will play an important part with contributions from Ranganath N.K., Managing Director of Grundfos India and Jørgen Bjelskou, Group Public Affairs Director.

The finale will be aired live through a webcast from 10:30 am onwards on June 5, 2014. You can watch the finale through this site: www.ndtv.com/missionenergy
