Job Purpose

Long Description

Key Accountabilities / Responsibilities


  • Establish contacts and develop new consultants and end users including lobbying with local authority with the potential to use Grundfos products and services.
  • Develop a designated customer base including preparation plans, budgets and promotional activities.
  • Provide product technical support to customers, consultants and contractors, ensuring specification and correct application of Grundfos products
  • Achieve agreed sales targets on specified projects / jobs
  • Conduct seminars for consultants and contactors including branding initiatives, media design, advertising, promotional campaigns and trade shows.
  • Identify and develop new business with the potential to use Grundfos products and services.
  • Identify and implement value-added services and enhance customer relationship.
  • Develop and maintain a strong project pipeline.
  • Gather market data and provide input on competitor activities. - Register all activities with customers in the global CRM tool
  • Register and nurture opportunities in the global CRM tool according to company guidelines
  • Ensure customer master data is updated on portfolio of customers under their responsibility
  • Identify and develop new business with the potential to use Grundfos products and services.
  • Deliver input and communication on how Grundfos makes difference     

Critical knowledge and experience

Industry, market and business environment
- Contribute with well-defined elements to developed processes within Industry Sales.
- Ability to contribute to processes or projects.
- Ability to contribute business process within Industry Sales.
- Most likely to have 0-3 years of relevant work experience before entering level besides formal education.

Technical, functional and professional
- Solid knowledge of the plans, processes and activities within the functional area in Industry Sales.
- Strong ability influence others.
- Possess a great understanding of the relevant systems, local laws and regulations where applicable, for the Industry Sales.
